Who We Are & What We Do

Mission

IEPC seeks to empower local QTPOC youth through promoting holistic care by providing access to safe spaces and self-determination as a means of liberation. The organization guides youth through developing a critical analysis of intersecting oppression by fostering identity affirming community building.

Vision

As Inland Empire Prism Collective, we envision a world where the LGBTQ community in the Inland region can thrive and not just survive. Where access to safe and supportive, identity-affirming services are easily accessible. An environment where our basic needs are met and exceeded in health and wellness, camaraderie, and housing. Through mutual aid and enrichment, cooperation and community -- IEPC advocates for Queer/Trans youth and adults by providing opportunities for leadership and peer collaboration necessary for long-term community sustainability.
